Welcome to the ISPI Capella University Virtual Chapter.

The ISPI Capella University Virtual Chapter membership is made up of current learners, current and anyone with a past relationship with Capella University from around the globe. The membership seeks to promote excellence in the training and performance improvementprofession.

The Chapter was founded by Learners and Alumni of Capella's Training and Performance Improvement specialization. Membership is free of charge at this time.

The chapter's vision is to enable and support our members in the pursuit of proficiency, professionalism, research and discovery in the field of Human Performance Technology.

The mission of the chapter is to amplify and complement the learning and practice of Human Performance Technology. This is accomplished through innovative programs which strive to successfully enhance learning, research and professional pursuits in a social networking setting.

Benefits of Membership:

The goal of every chapter program is to amplify the work you are already doing as part of your core curriculum. Learners are required to produce research papers – the chapter can help you find an area/ organization or alumni that have projects needing research. Once you complete a paper or dissertation, programs are in place to help you publish that same paper.

You build your reputation and network with others in the HPT profession and both use and serve the chapter by doing what you already need to in the courseroom or in your work place. You make a contribution to the ISPI body of knowledge and help raise the reputation of Capella University when you participate in chapter programs.
